Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register?
On the homepage you'll see the tour grid with every city. Pick the city you want to play in, open that tournament page, choose one or more divisions, fill in your name, email, phone, and date of birth (plus partner details for doubles), and pay online. A QR entry pass for each division is emailed to you as soon as payment is confirmed.
Which cities is the Grand Prix in?
The Pickleball Now Grand Prix is a 13-city tour. Announced cities so far include Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram and Chennai, with more cities being added. The homepage tour grid always shows the current status for each city — Registrations Open, Coming Soon, or Registrations Closed.
What are the entry fees?
Singles categories are ₹750 per player, with an early-bird price of ₹500 for the first 30 paid registrations in each division. Mixed Doubles is ₹1,500 per team (₹750 per player), with an early-bird price of ₹1,000 for the first 30 paid teams. Early-bird slots are shown live on each city's registration page and are grabbed on a first-come first-served basis. Mumbai pricing (already concluded) was set separately.
What is the format?
Every city is a PWR 700 event — a Round-Robin group stage followed by knockouts. The standardized categories for every city are: Intermediate — Men's Singles 19+ (Under DUPR 4.0), Intermediate — Women's Singles 19+ (Under DUPR 4.0), Intermediate — Mixed Doubles 19+, Open — Men's Singles, Open — Women's Singles. Full match rules are shared at the venue briefing on the day.
Is there an age limit?
You must be between 5 and 100 years old to register. Open categories have no upper age criteria.
How do I get my QR entry pass?
You'll receive a separate QR entry pass for each division in your registration by email, the moment your payment is confirmed. You can also re-download them anytime from the registration success page or your resume link.
How do partner details work for doubles?
When you register for a doubles category, you enter your partner's name and a contact (email or phone). Your partner then receives an email asking them to complete their mandatory details — date of birth and gender — before the tournament. This keeps registrations quick while making sure we have everything needed for the draw.
When do registrations close?
Registrations for every city close 2 working days before the tournament date (weekends are skipped when counting). Please register well in advance — payments cannot be accepted after the close date.
When is the match schedule published?
The detailed match schedule is generated only after registrations close for that city, and is published on the tournament page — and emailed to all paid registrants — one day before the tournament. Please plan your travel around the tournament date; exact match times will only be available the day before.
Can I get a refund?
Entry fees are non-refundable — the amount is intentionally kept nominal so slots are held only by players who intend to play. Full refunds are issued only if the organisers cancel or postpone the event, or in the case of a verified duplicate payment. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
Where is the venue?
Each city has its own venue. Once confirmed, the venue address and Google Maps link appear on that city's tournament page.
