• Registration details: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, division, and (for doubles) your partner's name.
• Payment metadata: Razorpay order and payment IDs, amount, and status. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled by Razorpay.
• Email delivery events: whether your confirmation email was delivered, opened, or bounced, to help us support you.
• Basic technical logs: IP address and user-agent for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• Process your registration and issue your QR entry pass.
• Send you match-day updates, draw information, and event notifications.
• Verify eligibility (e.g. age) for the division you selected.
• Comply with Road-to-IPBL selection procedures where applicable.

3. Who we share it with

• Razorpay — to process payments.
• Email delivery provider — to send your confirmation and updates.
• IPBL Organising Committee — only for eligible city winners considered for the IPBL Auction/Draft.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Registration and payment records are retained for as long as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes, typically up to 7 years.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us via the Contact Us page. Some data (e.g. payment records) may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

6. Security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to organiser staff on a need-to-know basis.

7. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
