By using this website or registering for a Grand Prix event, you agree to the following terms.
1. Who we are
"Pickleball Now", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the organisers of the Pickleball Now Grand Prix tournament series in India. The venue, dates, and format for each event are listed on the home page.
2. Registrations
All registrations are subject to acceptance by the organisers. A registration is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a QR entry pass by email. Providing false information may result in disqualification without refund.
3. Entry pass
Your QR entry pass is personal and non-transferable. Please carry a government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the pass.
4. Code of conduct
Players, coaches, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully towards officials, opponents, staff, and other attendees. The organisers may remove any person from the venue for misconduct without refund.
5. Rules of play
Matches will be played under the format announced for each event. Umpire and referee decisions are final. See the Rules page for Road-to-IPBL qualification terms.
6. Media consent
By entering the venue you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use by the organisers, IPBL, and their partners.
7. Liability
Participation in a physical sport carries inherent risk. Players enter at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising out of participation.

9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site or participation in an event constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
