Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how tournament entry fees may be refunded.

1. Player-initiated cancellations

Entry fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. We understand plans change, so on a best-effort basis:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date may be refunded in full, minus payment gateway charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.
  • No-shows on the day of the event are non-refundable.

2. Medical or emergency situations

If you are unable to play due to a medical emergency, contact us at the earliest with supporting documentation. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of the organisers.

3. Division / partner changes

Requests to change division or doubles partner will be accommodated where possible before draws are finalised. Fee differences (if any) apply.

4. Event cancellation or postponement

If the event is cancelled by the organisers, players will receive a full refund of the entry fee. If the event is postponed, entries will be automatically transferred to the new date, or a full refund may be requested.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days.

6. How to request a refund

Email the organiser via the details on our Contact Us page with your registration name, phone number, and division.
