Refund Policy

Entry fees for the Pickleball Now Grand Prix are non-refundable. This page explains the two narrow exceptions and how those refunds are processed.

Entry fees are non-refundable.The fee is intentionally kept nominal so that slots are held only by players who genuinely intend to play. Please register only if you are confirmed to participate.

1. Entry fees are non-refundable

Once payment is confirmed, entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstance initiated by the player. This includes — but is not limited to — voluntary withdrawal, no-shows, missed matches, injury, illness, travel or work conflicts, change of mind, selecting the wrong division, a doubles partner backing out, or requests to switch city or date.

2. Event cancellation or postponement by the organisers

If the organisers cancel the event, all paid players receive a full refund of the entry fee, initiated automatically to the original payment method. If the event is postponed, entries are automatically transferred to the new date; a refund can be requested if you cannot attend the new date.

3. Registration close date

Registrations for every city close 2 working days before the tournament date. Please register well in advance — payments cannot be accepted after the close date.

4. Duplicate or accidental payments

If you were charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical issue, contact us via the Contact page with your ticket code(s) and payment ID. Verified duplicate payments are refunded automatically to the original payment method.

5. How refunds are processed (when applicable)

Where a refund is due under this policy (event cancellation or verified duplicate payment), it is initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
